During last 12 months of articleship can a student pursuing CA Final through IPCC route, take up Final exam or during last 6 months only he/she can take up the exam??

i have the same question i m preparing fr nov 2013 and my articleshp will end in march 2012 ipcc route .....so cn i gv final in may 2013??
