How to pay the liability showing in electronic liability register

When we furnish DRC 03 , the liability created & once it is filed it is set-off in liability Leger.

Hence file DRC 03 online on portal.

He is composite dealer while filing drc03 its saying saying liability for previous tax period is not paid and i have filed the gst4 and 1st quarter comp08
