we are registered manufacturer in gst and have a electric transformer 125 kva for co. use.
Transformer damaged & we repaired the transformer. Counter party give us a tax invoice. Can we avail ITC of the same.
ITC can be claimed it is used for furtherance of business.
Anyway wait for experts reply...
