What is difference in Open Books Elective Exams and ordinary exams conducted in CA Final? Whether books are provided at Exam Centres or have to be carried by students?

There is no clarification has been provided by ICAI on this topic but they officially announced the open book examination system in CA Final on 3rd of August. You should check out this post by ICAI.
