Section 102 of the CA 2013 specifies that the notice of GM will be given to the auditors of the Company. Which auditors? Statutory, Internal, Tax, Cost all of them or only Statutory Auditors? Please clarify

applicable only for Statutory auditors.......however inviting other auditors is upon the company.....
