After giving required notices to the shareholders and Stock Exchange(s) too you can do so...
But practically, you must try to do all business in one EGM... Because, it would involve cost of notice printing and publication of notice and sending of notice which is not a nominal cost....
However, you can do so, there is no problem...

173 (exp statement, if required),
174 (Quorum)
