No. Not necessary to file, if there are no unclaimed/Unpaid dividends.

We have application money in our B-sheet on 31-03-2013, however shares against such application money was duly issued in June 2013 and all requisite ROC form (Form 2) was duly filed . Said shares were issued on 3rd June 2013 before AGM , do we still lible to file details in Eform 5 INV.
As on date of AGM we do not have any appplication moneys received by the Companies for allotment of any securities and which was due for refund.
In such scenario do we need to file Form 5INV.
Please let me know.

Yes ,in my openion, its a requirement of 5INV that , whatever is pending as on balance sheet date, you should report.If you have successfully alloted such shares afterwards within due time, then no need to bother.Filing nothing in case of 5INV for next year[13-14] itself will be an indication that ,SAM has been alloted or refunded.
