Last year i forgot to filling returns for AY-2016-1( need to file ITR-2 )
Is it possible to do efilling this year from incometax website?
else , Is it required to approach CA for offline filling?

You can file ITR for the AY 2016-17 online directly from Income tax website. If you know how to e-file ITR and no need of CA, otherwise you can take the help of CA.
