If the Gross Turnover of a company is 65 Lacs for AY 2013-14; is the Tax Audit required to be done and uploaded to IT site?

Tax audit needs to be done if the gross receipt exceeds Rs. 1 crore for the said Assessment Year 2013-14. Normal statutory audit is required to be done only.
