Form 29b is filled to show that book profit of the company has been calculated as the provision mentioned in the section 115JB so it is required to file the form 29B

I disagree Mr.DKS
Form 29B is to be filled only when the company needs to pay tax as per the MAT provisions. As per section 115JB (4)- form29b is applicable to every company falling under this section and since this section is charging section in nature so it covers the company on which tax as per MAT is leviable in the previous year and not all the companies.
