we have closed the business from April last year. But have outstanding from our purchasers to be collected. we have no plan to re start our business. what will be the effect if we surrender our GST?
please guide us.

There will be few effects. You can't avail ITC.
You can't issue Tax invoices, e way bill , e invoice etc
