i had applied for my client in nov 2009 U/s560.
now EES 2010 is going on and i received the mail saying i could apply fresh again.
while uploading the form i am encountering an error...
... error says " Form cannot be filed as the eform workitems (other than Complaint eform) are pending for approval or payment against the company."
what should be done in this case and what exactly does it mean?
I, Think dear you should check the pandency of forms filed of the Company with MCA 21 may be any form 8, 32 or other forms are pending on site for ROC approval.......
But as you have earlier filed for Defunct of the Company, it means no business is carried by company from Nov. 2009 and also check that the Company has not carried any business on or after 1st day of April, 2008 becz this is an important condition for applying under Section 560.
