Can we closed a company widout closing its bank A/c and widout obtaining DIN of directors,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Din of directors shall have to be obtained ...in fact you will also have to file DIN 3 (if the appoitment relates with the period when it was applicable) and then only you can file form under EES.

Hi..

No, u cant close a copmany without closing its bank Account under EES, because if u does so, what ever will be the amount in bank account of the Company will be Forfited by ROC (Govt.). so it is advisable to close it first then apply for Defunct under EES and obtaining DIN in necessary becuse who do ROC came to that who r directors of the Company if view signatory details are "nil". Becz in this schemen Chain of DIN 3 and 32 should be complate and View signatory must show true details of Directors of the Comapny.
