Is educational trust(Private School) required to fet registration under GST or not ? Are they exempt from GST ?

Educational Trusts under sec 12AA- may require registration where:
A. They rent out premises liable toGST
B. Sell uniform etc
C. Pay GST on RCM for advocates
D. Run training programs for other than school children
some other taxable activity..
