Dear Tushar, deduction in respect of Tution Fees for any two CHILDREN of individual is available U/S 80C.. Accordingly tution fees paid for brother and sister is not eligible for deduction

However, if you are legal guardian for your brother and sisters, you may claim amount spent on repayment of Interst on higher education loan
