Sorry for ICAI course, it's not possible bcz loan can be taken by individual for favor of Higher education and Higher education means as per IT Act as follows;-

Higher education" means full-time studies for any graduate or post-graduate course in engineering, medicine, management or for post-graduate course in applied sciences or pure sciences including mathematics and statistics.

Not possible in Nationalised Banks, but donno abt  Private banks.
