what should I charge in my bill
igst, or cgst and sgst?
and I whose name will the bill is to be given Amazon or the consumer?

You charge CGST and SGST

You should charge CGST and SGST Billing should be made to amazon as a ecommerce option (instead of regular) in gst and the delivery details in bill should be of customer.
