04 June 2018i am dealer , on 03/06/2018 i give order to mills, in order mention ( bill to me ) and( ship to sangari party ) Amount is 250000/- .
Mill sent good to sangari party along with eway bill.
i arise invoice sangir party ,
i should arise eway Bill ?

Not required. if Mill has issued E-way bill for movement of goods from his palce to your customer place that is enough.
You can issue tax invoice in your customer name and no need of one more E-way bill because there is no movement of goods from your palce to your customer palce.
