ebay bill validity expires
my friend sent good with eBay bill but due to some reason (finance company stopped vehicle due to instalment )validity of eBay bill expires before reaching destination. now what option?

The recipient can Reject old eway bill and the seller can make new e way bill.
Recepient can cancel E-way upto 72hrs , so ask Recepient to cancel the same
