Thats right. Maintaining books of accounts for a cooperative housing society.
Preparing payments vouchers and get it authorized by the treasurer to pay to watchman, sweepers, municipality, regular repair and maintenance, and other sundry payments. The receipts are of course the society maintenance bill. There are general body meetings; regular meetings; there are annual general meeting, and one is required to send to all the committee members and ordinary members about the meeting, and document minutes of the meetings and resolutions passed.
It sounds easy but dealing with society members is pain in the neck.
