I surrender i read the section no. 2(6) and section 22 and section 23. definition of exempted supply.etc etc.......

Then go with FAQ and illustrations.... Aggregate turnover excluding only inward supply which is liable to reverse charge and cgst sgst and igst.... It includes taxable, exempted, nil rated all form of supply..

i want to know where to show the interest income and residential income in GSTR-1 ...

your business turn over only Rs.5L.
FDR Interest & residential income under indirect income. so, No Need...

@ jeyaventhar...this is only for for direct tax purposes and not for IDT... Suppose he is doing business of any goods along with he have one commercial property rented also... In that case his rental income also included in taxable turnover na... Although renting of property is not his business... So don't mix up

In GST they will talk about aggregate turnover and not business turnover

Outward supply hai... Inward supply means jo ham purchase kar rahe or services received kar rahe

Imterest earned of FD is exempt supply.... Giving loan or fD is supply of service

I think interest income on FD is not a supply of goods or services. It should be exculded from turnover. Accordingly total turnover is less than limit. Hence no need to register under GST.
