I there any time limit for issuing E1 & E11 form, if its exceeded what is remedy ?

you have to issue the forms quarter basis but not after completion of your assessment, in case of failure u have to pay full taxes+ interest + penalty to concerned parties coz the sales would not be treated exempted.
