Will any one clarify the following:-
Client and Contractor belong to same state. Contractor is a dealer registered under works contractor and does not pay tax under compositon. Tax is paid on deemed sale value of the goods supplied for the projects.
For one of the project, client states that he can issue 'C' Form. Contractor wants to import materials from other states for execution of works contract. Is the contractor eligible to make E1/E2 sales for the project material imported from other states?
