Can anybody plz tell me from where can i get E1 and E2 forms. And what are the procedure to submit them to authority? i mean inline or physical?

You can get these forms over net on biharcommercialtaxes.gov.in under head Forms-->CST. you will have to issue it manually.

actually I m from Delhi... so is the form for both the state is same?? sorry if it is a stupid question bt I need to know that. Nyway thanks ahrar.
