E Way bill Taxable amount differ from taxable invoice

Tax invoice was raised for 1,11,000 but eway bill raised by mistake to 11,11,000 by consignor. vehicle detained in enroute. what is the liability of consignee. consignor is a public sector organization and are not bothered in any way
