 As per rule 138 (14) (c) where the goods are being transported from the port, airport, air cargo complex and land customs station to an inland container depot or a container freight station for clearance by Customs; 

Eway bill not required.

But from the premises where you stuffing goods to ICD/port, you have to make eway bill

What I have to maintian against the GSTIN box?

does E-Way bill required if Goods being transported are Exempt goods?
