e_way bill generation in case interstate purchases as in vat we issue sugam_g ?

E way bill process is not active yet as government need some time for hardware and software updation and the states which are working with e sugam shall continue to work with that only untill newupdates come for E way bill.
As of today the following states require e_waybill like pre GST regime.
1.West Bengal
2.Karnataka
3.AndhraPradesh
4. Gujrat
5.Assam
6.Bihar
7.Himachal Pradesh.
8.Tripura
