i am buying vehicle mounted fogging machine. In this case e way bill will be genrated or not ?

E-way bill is required to be generated if the value of consignment is 50k & being transported via motorised conveyance.
Note: No need to generate E-way for exempted goods mentioned in annexure 14 of rule 138
