E WAY BILL UNDER GST
when e way bill is required? if i am sending goodd to jobworker then also i required to generate e way bill? if i am selling goods to consumer then also i required to generaye the same?

yes...irrespective of to whom you are sending goods if goods worth more than 50k you are required to generate e way bill...but good news is that e way bill rule will not be implemented immidiately...as the system require for it has not be in place yet and it likely to be delayed by 4-5 months.
