e way bill requirment

Dear sir, I am making water coolers, material cost and labour charges included for making water coolers. Sir please tell me the gst rate for water coolers and in sale bill can i show the GST for material cost or both (material cost and labour charge) if show separately please tell the gst rate for labour charge. please help
