we are sending the goods under Delivery challan to job workers and furnishing the data by uploading ITC04 quarterly
is their any requirement to raise E way bill for this transactions

In the above case E-waybill is require. You should mention document type as Delivery challan.
and also job worker issue ewaybill after completions and send back to principal
