E WAY BILL QUERY

I am registrated dealer of guwahati assam.

Can I put different destination ( direct to buyer ) place other then guwahati in e way bill. or I have to bring goods in my place and then send to my buyer.

yes u can use the option 'Bill to' 'Ship To'
no need to move goods to ur place

IN "BILL TO" I HAVE TO PUT MY DEALER DETAIL OR MINE DETAIL AND WAT TO PUT IN " SHIP TO "

You can do so by mentioning details of buyer in "Billed to" & details of receiver in "Shipped to"

A business registered under GST issues a tax invoice to the buyer. Such an invoice mentions the GST rate charged on the goods and services sold.
However, some businesses even though registered under GST cannot charge any tax on the invoice issued by them. Such dealers have to issue a Bill of Supply.
A Bill of Supply is issued when GST is not applicable on a transaction or when GST is not to be recovered from the customer.

Bill of supply issued in place of tax invoice when goods are exempted or you have opt composition scheme.

Hello freinds Suppose we have to pickup some materials from suppliers place and suppliers has issued us 3 invoice ,where one invoice has a value less than 50k and rest invoices have value more than 50k. And all the materials are coming through our commercial vehicle together. Buyer is not issuing waybill he wants us to issue the same. My doubt is whether I have to issue intrastate waybill for all the 3 invoices because they are coming together or just for two having value more than 50k ?? Kindly suggest
