I have read according to the API Manual of E-waybill that if the E-way bill number is mentioned on the invoice. Then there is no requirement for printing E-way bill separately. Where is the notification for same?

Eway bill can be in form of printout, SMS, written on invoices all the form are valid
ya as per circular no. 41 dt. 13/04/2018
E-way bill is not necessary in print out form, if e-way bill no. is on invoice than it is sufficient.
whether is it mandatory to save e way bill no with invoice above Rs. 50000/- ?
whether is it mandatory to save e way bill no or e way with purchase invoice above Rs. 50000/- ?
