E way bill in case of consignee already received the materi

The Mill bills the material to me and delivers to a third party (my client). In this case the mill generates an eway bill in my name and ships to my client .

Now since i have to raise my bill also for the deliveries made above, do i raise an eway bill as well in the name of my client.
