I want to transfer my capital asset from one state to another. It is mere transfer of goods from one place to another, no sale is involved. Is e way bill necessary and if no, then what will be other documents needed for inter state transfer of capital asset?
Please guide...

Yes you will be required to make eway bill because it considered as supply

2 if yes then which doments req. delivery challan or invoice
3. Is GST Applicable
4. Is ITC availed
