My sales invoice is for 20 qty & I generated 20 qty e way bill. But qty by counting mistake is despatched for 18 . Can I cancel modify my sales invoice in above case without changing e way bill

Any changes after generating E-way bill is not possible, only you can cancel and generate the fresh E-way bill.
