e way bill for multiple consignments of less than 50k
Is it necessary to issue eway bill if there are multiple consignments of less than 50000 in the same truck??

No ,..no need to generate eway in ur case , plz refer notification 15/2018 CT (rate)

PLZ NOTE IN ONE CONVEYANCE IF CLUB TO ANY TWO INVOCICES OF SAME PARTY EXCEED TO 50000/- THE EWAY FOR THAT BILL IS MANDATORY. BECAUSE THE DEPARTMENT MAY TREAT IT AS DELIBERATE MEANS OF NON COMPLIANCE
