E-way bill for intra state .. time calculation

Status: Goods Supplier .... Supply within  Intra State --- Destination 15 Km -----

Example 1) : Generate E-Way Bill on 18/1 at 8.00 PM . 

              2) : Goods Removed on 19/1 at 10.00 Pm ( Which is noted in Delivery Invoice)

Question:  Is above procedure is Valid ---- Yes   or  No
