E Way bill for 10kms distance
Is it required to generate EWay bill for 'bill to ship to ' translation where ' Bill to' party is less than 10 kms, and 'ship to' party is 65 kms distance ?

Yes, unless intra-city transfer without Eway bill specifically notified.
intra state 50 kms not allow
There is no such provsion for generation of eway on the limit of distance
Yes , as per notification 12/2018 , its limit of 50 km to move ur consignment to transporter place for further dilivery (should be within state)
