E way bill

Is e way bill not required if the distance travelled is lessthan 50km.
Is this condition directly applied or suject to certain conditions.
If there are any , pease mention.

Hlo, Goods can be transported with just Part-A details only in E way bill. Not need to fill part B.

a) If goods are transported for a distance of less than 50 km within the State from suppliers place to a transporter for delivery
b) If goods are transported for a distance of less than 50 km from a supplier to a recipient.

# E-way bill is not required when value of consignment less than 50,000.

# E-way bill is not required for movement of goods for weighing purpose if the weighbridge is within 20 kms from place of business, provided the goods are supported by delivery challenges. Otherwise you required to carry E-way bill.

Are condition a , b and value of goods being less than 50k inclusive?

If the invoice value is less than 50k not necessary to generate E-way bill.

Is E- way bill required to be generated when goods to two parties are to be sent one 35000 and other 25000 both to two different parties.
These goods are to be carried in single vehicle.
Is e way bill needed to be generated.
If yes , how?

Hlo, Harshit, E-way bill is required to generate when the consignment value exceed 50,000.
Here in this case you required to issue multiple E-way bill.
After this, you can generate one consolidated E-way bill for transportation purposes.
There is a tab for consolidated E-way bill in the site. Under that you can mention the no. of E-way bill generated.
