An un branded orid dall supplier whose tax rate is 0%, is it necessary to raise e way bill if taxable value exceeds rs.50000?

Movement of good require eway bill for value exceeding Rs 50,000. Except the goods are exempted by state from e way bill requirement.

E-way is not required for the goods prescribed in Annexure 14 of Rule 138.

E way bill is not generated on the basis of goods it is generated when the bill total value exceed 50000. So it is required to generate E Way bill

Yes statewise exemption of goods is provided in respect of certain goods. you can check the relevant state notification in this regard for more clarity.
