E way Bill
Is it necessary to generate E way bill in same city i. e. Supply within Surat (Gujarat) if goods value is more than Rs. 50,000??

Yes .... As per Rule 138, if it's transported via motorised vehicle & the value of consignment is 50k it's mandatory to generate e-way bill
