igst sales made from tamilnadu to buyer in Delhi...value of approx 10 lakhs. before 2 months...now buyer rejects practically I want to sale to another new buyer in Delhi.....how to raise new eway bill...when commodity is in Delhi

1. Generate EWB to new buyer in Delhi with dispatch from name and address of old buyer in Delhi.
2. Issue credit note to old buyer in Delhi.
