i am retailor shopkeeper, yesterday i had sold the some housekeeping items to unregister person for Rs.133000-, know today i have to deliver all the items to him through battery rikshaw ( without no.).
know please confirm me its mandatory to create eway bill, if yes how it make without having vehicle no.

below. 10 km with in state tuition .. vehicle number not mandatory
if exceed take hire number vehicle ..
