In this case who is eligible to generate e way bill?
Unregistered supplier or Registered recipient

Registered receipient required to generate E way bill in this case if the Value of Supply is above Rs 50000.

URD can also generate Eway Bill, but has to get himself registered on Eway portal . for urd registration it require a PAN, Aadhar , Mobile No.
