if one subsidiary company of any holding company transferring machine to another subsidiary Company situated in a different state ,in that case which e way bill to generate ?
whether taxable invoice to be generated ?whether this will be supply or own use ?

can deliver on delivery challan & the eway bill can be genrate on delivery challan

1. The transaction is not supply.
2. If value of machine exceeds rs 50,000 then eway bill need to be generated.
3. No need of tax invoice rather prepare a DELIVERY CHALLAN.
