E way bill

Dear Sir
We are Dealers in Digital camera & DSLR'S
our products are high value products.
However customers come & take way products from showroom no transportation is inolved in this
Tally now asking to generate e way bill for products pricing more than 50000/-
Please guide further in this matter

Yes... I agreed to Mr Pankaj Rawat.,

As per Your query the Customer will come and Buy product in your end and Carry to his end...

Between gap any officer to be check then how can reply the customer to Officer...

So, E-Way Bill required above the limit*...

Hello experts kindly clarify the following points...
As per CGST law eway bill is required if goods value morethan rupees 50000 and transported in motorised vehicle. They are clearly specified MOTORISED VEHICLE..Pls keep this point. i think Tax invoice is enough and mention in bill as Hand delivery...

Yeah... My Dear Mr NAGESWARAN.,

Your view is exactly correct. I appreciate Your efforts...

But, The E-way bill preparation by I) Seller ii) Buyer & iii) Transporter...
As per this transaction Buyer will get in his hand... He will take it and carry with walk...! Then no need.
Carry with other than motorised vehicle then no need...

But, In case the buyer will came with his vehicle for purchasing then what about......???
