if invoice value is less then Rs.50000 then E way bill not required

At the meeting of Group of Ministers (GoM) held at New Delhi on 24th February, 2018, the finance Ministers of different states have recommended for the 2nd time rollout of E-Way Bill mechanism for Inter-state movement of Goods from the new financial year (i.e. 1st April, 2018) after looking at the technological preparedness of GST Network. The recommendation would be considered by the GST Council at its meeting on 10th March, 2018.

it will b decided on council meeting going to be held on 10.03.18,saturday..probably may be a delay in implementation of eway bill by 5-6 months
