one of my client is supplier of milk and other milk products to retailer.
Can he require to generate e way bill?

As per rule 138 (14), No e-way bill is required to be generated for Milk as per HSN 0401 for Fresh milk and pasteurised milk, including separated milk, milk and cream, not concentrated nor containing added sugar or other sweetening matter, excluding Ultra High Temperature (UHT) milk
