1.supply Of rice husk and rice bran
Ans : As these items are not included in e-way bill exemption list provided in Annexure to rule 138(14) of SGST act, so e-way bill be required for that.
2. Transfer of rice or bardana to or from godown
Ans : As if now e-way bill is only applied to interstate transfer of goods, so if godown in situated in same state then no e-way bill is required.
